Cameron is originally from Springfield Missouri. Before joining Skanky Broz, Cam worked as a carpenter, and a performer in Branson Missouri. After auditioning, he was selected to join the national tour of "Strippenmales" all male revue. Cameron was later cast in the Las Vegas residency of the "Strippenmales revue" where he met fellow cast member Evan. After the 2020 global pandemic, the Strippenmales show permanently closed, causing cast members like Cameron to look for other work. After the fire at Slutopia Ranch which destroyed a portion of the main lodge, Cameron was hired as a contractor to work on rebuilding the lodge, where he met Madame Eden Slutz. Cameron decided to accept work as a male courtesan at Slutopia ranch, gojng by the name "Nathan". With is prior stage performing experience, Eden asked Nathan to join her boy band, Skanky Broz.

Nathan only services female clients. When Nathan first met Chantelle from Eden's Slutz  while working at Slutopia Ranch, Chantelle first assumed that Nathan was gay. Nathan and Chantelle were secretly dating until the outing of Jason and Justin's relationship, which also allowed Nathan and Chantelle to "come out".
